Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchases, but in case you do change your mind, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused condition in sellable condition for a full refund* within 7 days from the date of shipment.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, then, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Classy Activewear facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused condition, all original tags are attached and in sellable condition. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to process the return once it’s received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you received an item that is damaged, please immediately email to support@classyactivewear.com and provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt of order.

Exchange Policy

We currently don’t offer any exchanges. If you’re looking to exchange for a different size, color, or style – please place a new order.
